Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the okbae platform in any capacity — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a game, or simply navigating the website — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and okbae (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okbae platform and close your account if one has been registered. Your continued use of the platform at any point in time will be treated as ongoing, affirmative acceptance of the then-current version of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with okbae's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise explicitly stated.

• These Terms apply to all users of okbae regardless of device, connection type, or geographic location within Bangladesh.
• Use of the platform by any person acting on behalf of a legal entity is also subject to these Terms.
• okbae reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
• These Terms are written in English. The English version is the authoritative version in all cases.

Section 2

Age Restriction & Eligibility

okbae is an 18+ platform. Access to the platform, creation of an account, making any deposit, and participation in any form of betting or gaming activity is strictly and unconditionally prohibited for any person under the age of 18 years. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable — there are no exceptions, no parental consent mechanisms, and no circumstances under which a person under 18 may use okbae in any capacity.

By registering an account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your country or territory of residence. okbae reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend account access pending verification of age eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

In addition to the age requirement, eligibility to hold an okbae account is subject to the following conditions:

• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or subject to a court order restricting gambling activity.
• You must be registering and playing for your own personal, non-commercial benefit only.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close associate of okbae or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the okbae platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended without prior notice. Any balance held in a duplicate account may be voided and is not subject to withdrawal.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact email address, and mobile number. okbae uses this information for identity verification, account security, and communication purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by an unauthorised third party who gained access through your negligence — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify okbae support immediately.

okbae employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the platform to protect data transmission. However, the security of your account also depends on you taking reasonable precautions on your end — including using a strong, unique password, not accessing your account from shared or public devices, and keeping your registered email and mobile number secure.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the okbae platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okbae supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and bank transfer via BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. okbae does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet operator or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond okbae's control. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to identity verification and responsible gaming checks.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the okbae platform:

• You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• okbae reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used before processing a withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
• okbae reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected pending investigation.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated outside of the okbae dispute resolution process will result in immediate account suspension.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotion Policy

okbae offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable bonus terms before accepting any offer.

Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real funds by meeting the stated wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies the total BDT value of bets that must be placed using the bonus before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable as real funds.

• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods vary by promotion and are stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus offer only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• okbae reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the applicable wagering requirement has been met, okbae reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any winnings derived from it before processing the withdrawal.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• Free spin winnings are typically credited as bonus funds and subject to the same wagering requirements as other bonus offers unless otherwise stated.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on the okbae platform are subject to the general rules outlined in this section as well as any sport-specific, game-specific, or event-specific rules applicable at the time of the bet. Sport-specific rules for cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other covered sports are published in the respective sport sections of the platform and are updated regularly to reflect competition rules.

All casino game outcomes — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and instant games — are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical processes (e.g., roulette wheel, card shuffles) managed by licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. okbae does not control or influence the outcome of any game and cannot be held responsible for losses incurred during normal play.

1. A bet is considered accepted and binding once you have received an explicit confirmation from the okbae platform. Bets that have not been confirmed should not be assumed to have been placed.
2. okbae reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event's outcome has been determined or where an obvious pricing error (palpable error) has occurred. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
3. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the records held by okbae's servers and, where applicable, the official records of the game provider or sporting governing body shall be the definitive reference.
4. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all sports and game types. Current limits are displayed on each respective betting market and game interface. okbae may adjust these limits at any time.
5. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, particularly during periods of rapid score change, technical review, or data feed interruption. Any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.
6. Winnings from sports bets are credited to your account balance in BDT immediately upon official confirmation of the result by the relevant governing body or competition organiser.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the okbae platform, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm other players, okbae, or third parties. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one okbae account, whether in your own name or using a different identity.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or betting on events whose outcomes you have prior inside knowledge of.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, errors, or latency in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, spin games, or interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, including but not limited to poker and live dealer games, to achieve an unfair result.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the okbae platform as a mechanism to pass funds through a series of transactions to obscure their origin.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward okbae support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Reproducing, redistributing, or republishing any content, odds, or data from the okbae platform without prior written authorisation.

okbae employs active fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. Any account flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. okbae will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases of suspected criminal activity, including providing account records, transaction histories, and communication logs as required by law.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

okbae reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been violated, that fraudulent or suspicious activity has occurred, or that continued access presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Players may also voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting okbae support. If a voluntary account closure is requested while an active bonus is attached to the account, the bonus and any winnings derived solely from that bonus may be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements being met.

Self-exclusion is a specific form of account closure available to players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing. Players who elect to self-exclude will be blocked from accessing the okbae platform for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. During this period, marketing communications from okbae will also be suppressed. In the event of a dispute between a player and okbae, the following resolution process applies:

1. The player should first contact okbae support via live chat or email at support@okbae.net with full details of the dispute.
2. okbae will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within 24 hours and endeavour to reach a resolution within 10 business days.
3. If the player is not satisfied with the outcome, they may escalate the matter through independent arbitration as outlined in the dispute resolution clause of these Terms.
4. During an active dispute, okbae may place a temporary hold on the relevant account balance pending resolution. This hold does not constitute forfeiture.
